1. ORDERS: DELIVERIES
- 1. Customer Account Login: Choice to log into your account if it exists, create an account or continue as a guest
- 2. Selection by the Customer: Select your product from the online product catalog
- 3. Checking the Cart by the Customer: Check the contents of your cart and the accuracy of the products (product, quantity, total price of the order)
- 4. Confirmation of the contents of the order by the Customer : Validate the contents of the order
- 5. Communicate and verify the delivery address and billing address (same or different)
- 6. Confirmation of the order by the Customer : Choose and validate the Chronopost delivery method (home or relay point) and the payment method. By placing an order, the Customer directly and immediately confirms their acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Once this step has been completed, the Customer can no longer modify/cancel their order.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, PayPal x4, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL technology.
- Delivery costs: free.
We offer home delivery as well as delivery to a relay point in the only territory served by Maison Thishan Les Parfums: Metropolitan France.
For orders outside of these territories, please contact our Customer Relations Department to discuss shipping options. Additional charges may apply.
- Return costs: free.
When a return request is made by the Customer, MTLP will send the Customer the return confirmation and the CHRONOPOST return slip. In accordance with Article 11 of the General Conditions of Sale, if the product received is defective or does not meet the original conditions announced by MTLP, no order refund will be made. Returned products must be returned in their original conditions: unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Orders are processed within 2 business days – except for unforeseeable force majeure or high traffic – from MTLP partner warehouses, you should receive your order within 1 to 5 business days. In order to track your package, you will receive a tracking number from our partner Chronopost.

From the date the package is handed over to the carrier:
Express home delivery: the next day before 6 p.m.
Relay Point Delivery: 2 to 3 days.
- In case of stock shortage, the delivery of your order could be significantly delayed. You will be informed by email with an estimated delivery time and an expected date for restocking.
When a Customer's order is confirmed, our carrier partner Chronopost provides a tracking number. This will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided when ordering. The Customer can use this number to track their package on the carrier's website, chronopost.com. In addition, through the tracking link provided by Chronopost, the Customer will be able to follow updates on the progress of their order, from processing to shipping.
After validation of the order, we cannot modify the content of your order.
- Any order not shipped from our warehouse may be cancelled and refunded.

- We currently only deliver to Metropolitan France, exclusively via our online store: maisonthishan.com
- For any orders outside of this territory, please contact our Customer Relations Department to discuss shipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect your package from a relay point.
- For all home deliveries, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of the order.
Yes, we offer free express delivery for Metropolitan France: next day delivery before 6 p.m.
This option is available when you confirm your order.
2. ORDERS: RETURNS
- Withdrawal period: 14 days . To send us by email your decision to return by using the withdrawal form available on our Delivery & Returns page - Section 5. Return Policy.
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of confirmation of withdrawal of your order , provided that the products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Any condition that goes against what is indicated above will lead to a non-refund of the order.
- Return costs : are not the responsibility of the Customer.
- If the product received is defective or does not meet the original conditions announced by MTLP, no order refund will be made. Returned products must be returned in their original conditions: unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Our shipping packaging is designed for returning products thanks to its two adhesive strips. We ask you to correctly maneuver the gluing of the two adhesive strips to close the box properly. Please secure the shipment.

- To return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions. We will provide you by email with a return label to affix to your package.
Our shipping packaging is designed for returning products thanks to its two adhesive strips. We ask you to use the second adhesive strip to close the box properly and secure the shipment. - 1. Remove the two protective adhesive strips.
- 2. Fold down the shutter
- 3. Close the package using the tab.
- 4. We ask you to secure the return well to avoid any theft.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase.
Currently we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement product or refund you, whichever you prefer.
We will ask you to return the defective product to us.
- We do not have a physical point of sale yet, we kindly ask you to return the product directly to our warehouse. For any return requests, please contact Customer Relations.

Yes, when purchasing an À TOI Perfume, we offer a 1ml sample when purchasing our À TOI Perfume so that you can discover its unique notes before committing to opening the product.
This pre-opening test will allow you to appreciate the evolution of the Perfume on your skin. At your convenience, you can open the product. Otherwise, you can offer it to a loved one or return your order to us in accordance with its original conditions. 3. MY ACCOUNT
- To create an account, click on the "My Account" icon at the top of the home page and select "Create Account". Follow the instructions by providing the required information, such as your name, email address.
- You will receive an email to set your password.
By creating an account you can track your orders, manage your shipping addresses, save your favorite products and access exclusive member-only offers when available.
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.
Log in to your account and go to the "My Profile" section to update your personal information, such as your name, account name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number.
At this time, it is only possible to save one shipping address and one billing address. Go to "My Address" in your profile via the "My Account" page.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Relations Department. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and all your information will be deleted from our database.
